Message from the President

We welcome your interest in the Camden County Republican Party. We would love to have you attend our events and meetings and become involved with the very active folks down here in Camden County. We invite interested Republicans to attend our monthly meetings the third Tuesday of each month.

Our monthly meetings are generally held the third Tuesday of each month, 6:30 p.m. potluck, followed by meeting and guest speaker. Our meetings for November and January will be at Christ the King Lutheran Church on Bagnell Dam Blvd., Lake Ozark. Our speaker for the November 15th meeting is past Mo. Rep, Carl Beadon, now Executive Director of United for Missouri. His topic will be "Missouri Tax Reform---What is in it for Me?"

Saturday, December 17, we will be joining Bud Simmons, as he hosts his annual Christmas dinner and Thankyou Party for area Military Troops and families. The evening includes dinner, program, and attending the Christmas performance of Main Street Music Hall. If interested in attending, call Susie at 374-9622 or Cathy at 374-2833.

About us

Our Purpose

The purpose of the Camden County Republican Club is to foster loyalty to the Republican Party, promote its principles, and to recruit, assist and elect Republican candidates at the National, State and Local levels. The Club provides a forum for citizens to discuss current issues and proposed legislation with community leaders and elected officials. Promoting better government through citizen involvement is an expanded area of interest for our members.

Our History

The Camden County Republican Club was organized in the spring of 2000. Beginning with a nucleus of approximately 25 members, it has now grown to over 400 members. Enthusiastic and dedicated people from all areas of Camden County have become involved in fund raising events, manning campaign head-quarters, sponsoring Lincoln Days dinners, Rallies and Chili Dinners. Last year's monthly potluck meetings provided us the opportunity to meet and get to know local and state prospective government candidates. We feel the success in the past elections in our area was due in large part to the activities, interest, work and growth generated through the awareness and efforts of this vibrant club.

Our Goals

Provide a forum to discuss and educate Camden County residents on National, State, and local issues through mailings, meetings and media announcements.

To increase the number of Republicans that VOTE in all the upcoming elections.

To grow our membership and increase local participation.

To lend support to National, State, and local Republicans whom we deem will best uphold the Republican platform and values.

Paid for by the Camden County Republican Club, Cory Leuwerke, Treasurer, and not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee.
